CRISTAL DARK

From the top of the Aiguille chairlift, which is the highest lift of Sainte Foy ski resort, you have to walk around the ski patrol hut towards to the kairn to be able to jump north on the black marked piste of Morillon looking to reach the place where the chairlift crosses the Aiguille pistel as it is possible to catch directly from there the traversing trail leading to Cristal Dark. Alternatively, it is also possible to take the Aiguille piste from the top. Just after the narrow passage, the Crystal Dark signs are on the left of the piste. This black piste is never groomed (too steep). The maintenance of the area is left to the care of skiers and snowboarders fan of off-piste for our greatest happiness. Its northern exposure guarantees cold and light snow conditions for most of the winter.

Departure from the top of the Aiguille chairlift: 2600m above sea level.
Arrival (full of possibilities): 2000m altitude.
Altitude difference: about 600m. depending on the chosen route.
Intermediate and advanced level.
